Terms of Service

1. The service

Xhyzer ("the service") provides read-only analytics for perpetual futures accounts across supported exchanges: position tracking, funding attribution, APR and related metrics. The service is non-custodial. It never holds funds, cannot place orders, and cannot withdraw. Exchange credentials that carry trading or withdrawal rights are rejected at save time and never stored.

2. Accounts

You can sign in with a Google account or register with an email address and a password. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials, or your Google account, secure. You may invite read-only viewers to your desk; you are responsible for who you invite, and they can see that desk's positions and history until you remove them.

3. Exchange API credentials

To use the service you provide API credentials created at your exchanges. Credentials must be read-only. They are encrypted at rest, used solely to fetch your account data, never shared, and can be deleted by you at any time in Settings.

4. Subscription and billing

The service is a paid subscription (the current price is shown at checkout; 99 USD per month unless stated otherwise). Payments are made in cryptocurrency and processed by Heleket, a third-party payment processor. New accounts receive a free trial period. When a subscription or trial lapses, access to the desk is paused until payment; your data is not deleted by a lapse. Prices may change with prior notice.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may stop renewing at any time; paid access continues to the end of the paid period. Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. The free trial exists so you can evaluate the service before paying.

6. Not financial advice

All data and metrics are informational only and provided for your own record-keeping and analysis. Nothing in the service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss. Figures are approximations derived from exchange APIs; always verify against your exchange statements.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, no probing or disrupting the infrastructure, no use that violates applicable law, and no automated abuse of the interfaces.

8. Availability and data

The service depends on third-party exchange APIs and is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable when upstream sources are.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xhyzer is not liable for trading losses, decisions made on the basis of the analytics, data inaccuracies or downtime. Total aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time via support.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in the service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
